What Drafted does

Drafted provides curated job application packages: tailored resumes, cover letters, hiring contact research, and outreach drafts for roles that match your profile. Packages are delivered to the email address you provide in the form you submit.

What Drafted does not do

We never submit job applications on your behalf. We never contact employers, recruiters, or hiring managers on your behalf. Every package is delivered to you for your review, editing, and use at your sole discretion. You are responsible for any applications you choose to submit.

No guarantees

Drafted does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment outcomes. Our packages are advisory materials designed to improve the quality and targeting of your job search. Results depend on factors outside our control, including the job market, employer preferences, and your own qualifications.

Payment and billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. One-time purchases are charged at checkout. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by emailing us.

Refunds

If your first batch of packages has not yet been delivered, you may request a full refund by emailing hello@drafted.careers. For subscriptions, cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. If we fail to deliver packages within the stated timeframe, we will either deliver or refund at your choice.

Each plan lists a number of packages (Starter: up to 5; Weekly: up to ~10/week; Concierge: up to ~20/week). We only ever deliver genuinely matched, currently-open roles — we never pad a batch with poor-fit listings to hit a count. If we can't find enough strong, open roles for a given delivery, we will keep searching and deliver them as they post, broaden the search with you, or refund the difference — your choice.

Your content

You retain ownership of your resume and all information you provide. By submitting your details, you grant Drafted a limited license to use your information solely for the purpose of creating and delivering your application packages. We may use anonymized, aggregated data (never individual resumes or personal details) to improve our service.

Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Drafted tailors packages based on the details you provide — inaccurate or incomplete information may result in packages that don't match your actual qualifications or preferences.

AI-assisted generation

Drafted may use AI language models to assist with generating resumes, cover letters, and outreach drafts. All AI-generated content is reviewed before delivery. You should review all materials before submitting them to employers.

Limitation of liability

Drafted's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. Drafted is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost employment opportunities.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email address on your most recent order. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
